Sophena joined Benjamin Stevens in July 2019. She is responsible for the general management of the Hub office, ensuring the operation and organisation within the office is maintained.
Sophena supports the entire ‘Hub’ team, which includes administrative tasks, and operational support with valuing and viewings, as well as passing on client enquiries to the relevant Agent. She ensures that the ‘train never stops running’ and helps to create an enjoyable environment, liaising alongside Steve in motivation, admin and customer support.
Previously Sophena worked int the Media industry has over 10 years’ experience in Customer Services. She says she was attracted to working at Benjamin Stevens because of their approach towards customers service and their advanced technology systems.
