    Radlett High Street has many thriving shops and businesses from the historic Red Lion Public House and Hotel, to Kosher Butchers and Delicatessens, all varieties of restaurants from Italian to Chinese and many others as well as cafes.

    Radlett Lawn Tennis and Squash Club is very well established in the village as is the Radlett Cricket Club and also Tabard Rugby Club.

  • Transport

    Radlett is served by Thameslink trains. The train station is in the town centre and it takes on average around 25 minutes to get into St Pancras International station.

    The town is right next to the M25, M1 and A1(M) which means you can basically get anywhere and central London is only 15 miles away.

    Luton Airport and Heathrow are also both relatively close to Radlett meaning you have your pick of airports each time you want to travel.

    However, with such wealth, some celebs may prefer to use private airfields like Farnborough instead!

  • Schools

    Local schools state include St Johns Infant and Nursery School, Fairfield Junior, Newberries Primary and Hertsmere Jewish Primary School.

    There are several private options too including Radlett Preparatory School and Both the Haberdashers' Aske's Boys and Haberdashers' Aske's Girls schools are nearby too which are some of the best secondary schools in the county.

    The town contains many substantial detached houses with large gardens. In the older centre there are also a few streets with Victorian semi-detached and terraced houses.

    Newlands Avenue is Radlett is one of the most expensive roads in the county!

    Of course, there is some affordable property available, but it can get snapped up quickly so you'll need to get your eyes peeled.
