Landlords Fees are as follows and are payable upon completion of a letting. Fees are inclusive of VAT.

Please see example of fees based on rent of £1000 PCM:

LET ONLY: 10% of annual rent = 12% (inc VAT) £1,440 (inc VAT)
LET AND MANAGED: 15% of annual rent = 18% (inc VAT) £2,160 (inc VAT)
MANGEMENT ONLY: 5% of annual rent = 6% (inc VAT) £720 (inc VAT)

Check out prices are as follows:

  • Studio/1 Bed £120 (inc VAT) Unfurnished or £115 (inc VAT) Furnished
  • 2 Bed £130 (inc VAT) Unfurnished or £130 (inc VAT) Furnished
  • 3 Bed £150 (inc VAT) Unfurnished or £135 (inc VAT) Furnished
  • 4 Bed £175 (inc VAT) Unfurnished or £165 (inc VAT) Furnished
  • 5 Bed £200 (inc VAT) Unfurnished or £170 (inc VAT) Furnished

The above prices are a guide based on a property of 1-5 bedrooms with a reception room. Should there be any extra reception rooms, conservatories, utility rooms, bathrooms, garages and sheds there will be an extra charge of £10.00 each.

Gas Safety Certificates
This is a legal requirement and must be done every 12 months. If needed, we can arrange this for £85 (inc VAT).

EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report)
This is a legal requirement for all new and renewing tenancies every 5 years. £169 inc VAT

Energy Performance Certificates
This is a legal requirement and must be done every 10 years. If needed, we can arrange this for £95 (inc VAT).

Cleaning
If needed, we are happy to arrange a professional clean for a Property before a Tenant moves in. This varies in price depending on the size of the property and the amount of work hours needed.

Client Money Protection
We are a registered member of the UKALA Client Money Protection Scheme. This is a client money protection scheme to ensure your money is handled in the correct manner.
