We do not charge any further fees to Tenants.
Putting Forward Your Offer
Once you have paid your holding fee, your offer will be put forward to our Landlord. In most cases, this offer should be acceptable and you will be able to proceed with your application. If the Landlord rejects your offer we will refund your monies in full.
All applicants are required to provide their references within 48 hours of putting down a holding deposit.
