Lettings Market Update For Edgware and Bushey: March 2024.

It is hard to believe we are heading into the final month of the first quarter of 2024. Time has flown by and this has a huge amount to do with how active the Lettings market is at this time.
We have had a busy January and are still finding that our stock is going very quickly and also to a great quality of tenant.

We have had two large 4 bed houses in Bushey which were let within the first week of them going to market, both at the asking price (one over asking). The tenants were perfect, all families, with great references. We love keeping our landlords happy!

Our main focus for the coming quarter is getting more stock to meet the high demand of people looking to rent. There is a real lack of stock in the area currently.

We are letting all of our stock very quickly at the asking price. The number of tenants who are missing out is also high due to the speed of the current market.
