Property Market Update For Bushey: March 2024

Finally as the cold weather starts to dissipate we are looking at brighter spring and summer. As the interest rates are holding and there are some great mortgage deals out their around the 4% mark, plus many lenders are reducing their rates on a regular basis.

Over the past year there were 142 sales in the WD23 postcode which accounted for just over 1% of all homes in the area. This was less than half of the previous year so we have definitely seen a big change in the property market locally. There were 372 sales in the year prior, but trends are showing these figures on the increase as the new normal settles in.

All in all, Bushey is a fabulous place to live and raise a family and with average selling prices of £609,202, in the last year things are always looking greener in WD23.
